Real Madrid still have hope signing Chelsea winger Eden Hazard even though they are about to spend big on AS Monaco forward Kylian Mbappe.
The Spanish club want to sign a marquee name this summer, and they feel Hazard could be the man, according to Spanish outlet Diario Madridista.
They’ve already got rid of big names, with the likes of Alvaro Morata and James Rodriguez leaving the club.
One issue which is putting them off in placing a bid for Hazard, is the fact he has an ankle injury.
But both manager and owner feel this is a win situation regardless. They get a world-class player, and they then get their money back from merchandise sales.
