Chelsea have emerged as serious contenders to sign Gareth Bale from Real Madrid, this according to The Express.
Madrid are willing to sanction the former Tottenham wingers move back to the UK, with Manchester United also very keen.

Madrid’s owners will allow Bale to leave for £90 million, with the imminent arrival of Kylian Mbappe from Monaco.

ESPN are also reporting a similar story, claiming that it is Chelsea who will ‘orchestrate a move to England’, for the Welsh International.

United have been long term contenders for Bale, should he ever return to England, but it’s the English Champions who look set to compete here having already successfully dealt with Madrid this season signing Alvaro Morata.
