Middlesbrough have asked to take Lewis Baker on a two year loan from Chelsea, according to the Daily Mail.
The 22-year old attacking midfielder will undoubtedly be granted consistent game time at Championship level, since performing terrifically during his time in the Netherlands for Vitesse.
Premier League clubs Bournemouth and West Ham are also interested in the youngster, although Middlesbrough are looking more likely to seal the loan deal of Lewis Baker.

The England U21 International featured during Chelsea’s recent pre-season tour in Asia. During his time at Vitesse, Baker scored 15 times in 64 appearances for the Dutch side.
