Danny Rose has become the centre of controversy at Tottenham since voicing his desire to leave the Club last week.
Both Chelsea and Manchester United hold an interest in the left back, who has mentioned both Clubs as his preference to join. United since declared that Rose was not a player they were in for, leaving the door open for a potential Chelsea pursuit.
Chelsea are in the hunt for a left wing back and seem to have all but given up on Alex Sandro of Juventus, after the player decided against handing in a transfer request.
Rose is now set to hold showdown talks with his Manager Mauricio Poechettino this week, according to The Independent.
The same publication go on to state that if talks are unsuccessful, Spurs would let the England International leave should he ask to go, but for no less than £50m, plus £4m add ons.
Chelsea were rumoured to have offered around £70m for Sandro, so for a home grown player in Rose, you would have imagined that they would certainly consider paying that fee.
