Andrey Santos is closing in on a move to Chelsea and all the details of his move to Stamford Bridge have been revealed.

The 18-year-old looks set to to make the switch to Chelsea after they struck a deal with Vasco da Gama.

Newcastle United and Manchester City both showed interest, however Santos opted for a move to Stamford Bridge after Chelsea convinced him and his family.

When Santos will complete his transfer remains unclear. All that is left to do is for a medical to take place and the Brazilian wonderkid to put pen to paper on his Blues contract to make it official.

In the 2021/22 season, Santos played a total of 36 games in all competitions and netted eight goals.

Chelsea’s add-ons agreement with Vasco da Gama

After paying the fixed fee, the transfer fee for Santos could rise to €23 million. Chelsea have agreed to pay up to €8 million more should certain objectives be met.

Contract length

Santos will pen a long-term contract at Stamford Bridge, signing for a five-year contract.
