Christian Pulisic has revealed his plans amid growing uncertainty over his Chelsea future.

The 24-year-old is set to be available to buy this summer as Chelsea oversee their squad overhaul, which will see their attacking lineup revamped, with Hakim Ziyech and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang both also set to be sold.

Pulisic‘s 2022/23 campaign, which saw him make 30 appearances in all competitions, was hampered by a knee injury sustained against Manchester City at the beginning of the year.

He is out of contract next summer and now a decision will be made over what’s next for the American.

Manchester United, Newcastle United and Juventus have been previously linked. Recent reports from ESPN claimed Juventus were leading the race for his signature, with Chelsea potentially ready to accept a bid of around £20 million.

Chelsea will report back to their Cobham training base at the start of July. But before then, Pulisic is with the USMNT as they prepare for their CONCACAF Nations League semi-final against Mexico on June 15.

He opened up on his time at Stamford Bridge and remained coy on where his future lies for next season and beyond.

As quoted by the Philadelphia Inquirer, Pulisic told reporters: “It’s obviously been an interesting journey at club level for me. I thought it was a great couple of years, and the last couple years just haven’t gone at all how I’ve planned them to be.

“This summer, we’re obviously going to have to see what happens — it’s obviously very early. As of right now, I’m a Chelsea player and I plan to go back, but a lot of things can happen, a lot of things can change.”

He added: It’s really in the back of my head — I’m not even thinking about, right now, where do I want to be next season. Right now, I’m focused on the national team. I want to be here, I want to win games, that’s my sole focus right now.

“I need to also rest after this, get away from the game a bit, and enjoy my break, see my family, all those kinds of good things. And then once it’s time to make decisions and see what options I have, then I’ll deal with it then.”
