The officials have been confirmed for Chelsea’s Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund at the Signal Iduna Park on Wednesday night.

Chelsea head to Germany for the Round of 16 first leg tie ahead of the return leg next month at Stamford Bridge.

Dortmund have won their last seven games in all competitions, scoring 22, while Chelsea are unbeaten in their last four games, winning one and drawing three.

Head coach Graham Potter accepts his side are up against it and believes Chelsea need to have humility and respect, but also to show fight to progress into the last eight.

“In a knockout competition anything can happen,” Potter said, as quoted by Standard Sport. “That’s the thing. It’s two games. I don’t think it’s valuable for us to look past Dortmund.

“We have the capability to beat Dortmund but they are also a strong side with the capability to get a result as well. We have to understand that, go to Dortmund with humility, with respect, and try to get the result.

“Obviously it’s a tough match against a high-quality opponent. But at the same time, our team has got some good players.”
