Chelsea have completed the signing of Mykhailo Mudryk amid interest from Arsenal, and Blues fans are all asking the same question.

The 22-year-old joined the club in an incredible deal as Chelsea hijacked Arsenal’s negotiations for the winger to secure his signature.

Arriving for a fee of around £88 million, Mudryk will be looking to hit the ground running as Chelsea hope to turn around their poor form this season.

Absolute Chelsea have all the information ahead of the winger’s potential debut, with Liverpool up next for Graham Potter’s side.

When will Mykhailo Mudryk make his Chelsea debut?

Mudryk completed his move to Chelsea on Sunday, and was therefore inelegible to face Crystal Palace as he watched on from the stands.

However, with his transfer announced 15 minutes into the Premier League match, Potter discussed the signing of Mudryk after the match.

He said: “He is a young player with exciting quality in the final third, He is very fast and direct and I think the crowd will like him.

“I’m the head coach and, as you know, I’ve had enough to worry about before thinking about contract lengths. I’ll leave that to the club and what’s right for the club. I’ll try to support as best I can.

“In terms of what he brings, he’s a player with a big future, exciting, one vs one, he’s very direct, he attacks the back-line, can go into wide areas but also affects the goal. A really exciting player and I think our supporters will really like him.”

With Mudryk set to complete his first week of training at Chelsea, he should be available to face Liverpool at the weekend.

Therefore, Chelsea fans could see the winger making his debut at Anfield.

Fellow newcomer Joao Felix was thrown into the starting XI against Fulham just 24 hours after signing, so Blues supporters can expect Mudryk to feature in some capacity at Anfield.

With Christian Pulisic ruled out for at least a month with a knee injury and Raheem Sterling still sidelined due to a hamstring problem, while Felix remains suspended, Potter may have no choice but to start their new signing.
