Chelsea host Fulham in the Premier League on Friday night at Stamford Bridge seeking revenge after their defeat in the reverse fixture last month.

Since the dismal 2-1 defeat at Craven Cottage, Chelsea are unbeaten after beating Crystal Palace at home before going onto draw against Liverpool at Anfield.

Graham Potter’s side sit 10th in the Premier League and a win against their west London rivals will move them above Fulham, who sit in seventh place and two points clear of the Blues.

Chelsea have been busy in the January transfer window and secured Enzo Fernandez for a club-record fee, giving the squad another morale booster following the several injury returns to ease the problems for Potter.

Potter is aware of the task that awaits as they eye to go three games unbeaten in the league. Ahead of the clash, he said: “They’ve had a fantastic season and credit to them all their; their staff, Marco, and the players.

“They have really performed well and they are where they are on merit. It isn’t luck. They deserve the points they have and it’ll be a tough game.”

So how could Chelsea line-up against Fulham?

Possible XI: Kepa, James, Silva, Badiashile, Hall, Fernandez, Chukwuemeka, Mount, Madueke, Havertz, Mudryk

Reece James has confirmed to be ready to return on Friday night for Chelsea and is likely to start the game as he steps up his return to 100 percent match fitness.

Ben Chilwell, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Raheem Sterling will all also be available, but could begin from the bench and collect minutes with cameo appearances following injury absences.

Potter confirmed pre-match that none of the quartet would play 90 minutes in the west London derby.

Benoit Badiashile will be pushing for another start after his impressive start to life at Chelsea, while Mykhailo Mudryk is set to make his full, as as well home, debut having come off the bench against Liverpool last month.

Noni Madueke has reportedly impressed since his Chelsea move and could be in line to make his debut. While Enzo Fernandez may also make his debut after his £106.8 million transfer from Benfica on deadline day should he receive clearance in time.
