Chelsea take on Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon and the confirmed team news is in from Stamford Bridge.
After falling victim to a 4-1 thrashing by Newcastle United last weekend, Mauricio Pochettino has been pleased with the reaction during their preparations at their Cobham training base this week for Sunday’s clash.
Pochettino is itching to put the defeat behind them at the first attempt, which will see Chelsea without the suspended duo of Reece James and Marc Cucurella.
“I think it was a tough week for everyone,” Pochettino admitted pre-match. “I am very happy because I think they react very well.
“Even after you watch the game, I think it was worse, my feelings after the game. I was tough with them inside and outside.”
