Chelsea take on Newcastle United on Monday evening and the confirmed team news is in from Stamford Bridge.

Mauricio Pochettino’s Blues will be hoping to drum up some momentum against the side immediately above them in the Premier League table, with the prospect of defeat leaving them looking cut adrift from the top half.
