Chelsea vs Blackburn Rovers: Confirmed team news for Carabao Cup tie

Chelsea face Blackburn Rovers in Carabao Cup Round of 16 and the team news is in from Stamford Bridge.
Mauricio Pochettino‘s side are looking to book their place in the quarter-finals as they welcome the Championship outfit to the capital.
Chelsea saw off Brighton & Hove Albion in the third round, with Nicolas Jackson sealing a 1-0 win for the Blues at the end of September. Meanwhile, Blackburn progressed thanks to an emphatic 5-2 victory over Cardiff City.
“I told you before we started the season, I think a competition like the Carabao Cup or FA Cup is really important for us,” insisted Pochettino pre-match.
He added: “We are going to try and play with our best team. Some players that maybe we need to rest because we need to do some rest because after Saturday’s game, we cannot take some risk.

“In general we are going to try to put our our best team.”
The Carabao Cup clash will get underway at 7:45pm (UK time) at Stamford Bridge.
