Real Madrid have confirmed their squad to face Chelsea in the Champions League at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side have made the trip to London sitting in a commanding position after a 2-0 victory at the Bernabeu last Wednesday in the first leg of the quarter-final tie.

Chelsea finished the game with 10 players after Ben Chilwell was shown a straight red card for bringing down Rodrigo in the second half, which saw the hosts take advantage with a second through Marco Asensio following Karim Benzema’s 21st minute opener.

Despite the holders’ two-goal advantage, Carlo Ancelotti is not allowing his side be complacent and knows they will need to complete a professional job in west London to ensure they progress into the last four and await the winners of the other tie between Manchester City and Bayern Munich.

“We are fine, motivated, as always,” said the Real Madrid boss pre-match. “They are important matches in an important competition. We are thinking that we have to play a full game. We have 90 minutes left and in this type of competition anything can happen. We are ready to play the best we can.”

On his starting XI, he added: “(It’s) hard to say. I can think about it one day and then those who don’t play much play a very good game and change it. This is a squad that changes my mind very often. To think of eleven is to disrespect those who play less.”

Ancelotti continued: “(Eduardo) Camavinga is fine. He may play at left-back.”
