Chelsea face Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Monday night at Selhurst Park.

Mauricio Pochettino‘s side bounced back from their dismal 4-2 league defeat to Wolves last weekend with an emphatic 3-1 victory over Aston Villa in the FA Cup fourth-round replay on Wednesday.

Despite progression in the FA Cup, Pochettino sees the Blues linger in 11th place and in danger of drifting away from the European-chasing pack.

A win at Selhurst Park will move Chelsea back ahead of Wolves into the top half of the table and to within two points of Newcastle United in 7th place.

History is on Chelsea’s side against the Eagles; they have won the last 14 meetings in all competitions, with their latest being a 2-1 victory at Stamford Bridge back in December 2023 courtesy of an 89th minute Noni Madueke penalty.

A late decision will be made on Levi Colwill‘s availability for Monday’s London derby, while Trevoh Chalobah is closing in on a return to the Chelsea side.

Pochettino told reporters on Friday:Levi Colwill we need to wait until Sunday to see if it’s possible for him to be available.

“Chalobah is doing well, training with the team. Nothing else to update.”

Here are all of the details ahead of Crystal Palace versus Chelsea in the Premier League.
