Chelsea take on Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Monday night and the confirmed team news is in from Selhurst Park.

Mauricio Pochettino has an impeccable record against Crystal Palace – winning 12 of his last 14 Premier League meetings – while Chelsea could record 13 straight league victories against Roy Hodgson’s men, which would a historic first against any opponent.

Both sides conceded four in their last league outings. Chelsea were defeated 4-2 at home to Wolves, while Brighton dismantled their arch-rivals 4-1 down on the south coast.
