Chelsea learn Carabao Cup third round opponents as Mauricio Pochettino’s fate confirmed

Chelsea will face Brighton & Hove Albion in the Carabao Cup third round next month.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side will host Roberto De Zerbi’s Seagulls at Stamford Bridge after they beat AFC Wimbledon in the second round.

Ties will be played on the week commencing September 25.
