Pochettino offers social media update amid Chelsea meeting in Los Angeles as 2023/24 clothing range leaked

Mauricio Pochettino is enjoying his time away from football amid talks with Chelsea over the head coach vacancy after sharing a photo of him walking his dog.

The 51-year-old has been in discussions with Chelsea over taking the reigns at Stamford Bridge, but no agreement has yet been reached between the two parties.

Chelsea’s owners, including Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali who were pictured at the Los Angeles Lakers’ basketball game on Friday, headed out to the United States at the weekend to hold a meeting over Pochettino, hoping to come to a unanimous decision on his potential appointment.

No decision, as per reports, is expected prior to Chelsea’s Premier League clash against Arsenal.

Chelsea are in no rush to agree and announce Graham Potter’s successor after he was sacked last month following a 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa.

It’s been a thorough and exhaustive process in the search, led by co-sporting directors Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart, for a new head coach ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.

Amid several rounds of positive talks, Pochettino took to Instagram to post an update of his life. On Monday morning, he took a stroll on the beach with his Rhodesian ridgeback Sansa.

Pochettino is expected to be named as the next head coach of Chelsea, but no offer has yet been made to the Argentine.

The former Spurs and PSG boss has made it through the process after it was whittled down, which saw Julian Nagelsmann and Luis Enrique exit the process.

2023/24 Clothing Range Leaked

Chelsea’s anthem jacket has been leaked ahead of next season. With a new shirt sponsor incoming next term and the kit colours already surfacing online, the club’s home anthem jacket has now been revealed by Footy Headlines.

As described by Footy Headlines: “The Nike Chelsea 23-24 anthem jacket is predominantly royal blue, with a recolored gold Chelsea crest, as will be used on the 23-24 home kit.”

It is set to be released in the coming months once the 2023/24 home kit is released following the conclusion of the sponsorship deal with Three, who are set to be replaced at the end of the season.
